🪞How to Use my Salts🪞
Run a warm bath. Pour a generous handful of salts under the running water. Step in and wash yourself from the crown of your head down to the soles of your feet never up. Sit and soak at least 13 minutes. Pray over the water if your spirit moves you (Psalm 37 or 51 for cleansing and uncrossing; Psalm 7 or 35 for reversal). When you stand, let the water drain while you’re still in the tub so it carries the work down with it. Air dry if you can.
DIRECTION MATTERS:
• Uncrossing — face north (stripping away)
• Reversal — face west (sending it gone)
Shower use: Mix a handful of salts into a bowl of warm water and pour over yourself from the neck down.
Disposal of bathwater:
• Limpia & Uncrossing — pour toward a crossroads or running water
• Reversal — pour out the front door toward the street
